The SOS Control room (SITEL ONLINE SERVIS) receives failure reports and activates breakdown emmergency service teams not only in the Czech Republic but also in other 11 European countries. It is organizationally responsible for performing the service intervention, keeps the documentation about the progress and finish of the intervention. It keeps in touch with customers and service technicians. The SOS Control room also provides supervision and control over networks and support technologies. There are monitoring systems of active telecommunication and support devices, which are being monitored and evaluated by the operator in 365/7/24 mode. Specialized technicians control the running systems - NOC service.
